Drive systems on motorbikes are most often chain driven, but many use a drive shaft and Harley Davidson favour a belt drive system as do some BMW’s and most scooters.

Bike Belts was conceived when one of our bikes snapped a drive belt, and the replacement cost from the agents bore no resemblance to the value of the part. After much searching we found that top quality replacement belts were available at far more affordable prices overseas, but by the time you had added shipping cost, vat and customs charges, the savings were no longer as attractive, so we set about sourcing top quality belts at more affordable price often saving thousands of rands from dealer prices. Our range is very limited at the moment, but we are busy sourcing belts for many more models, and they will be added as they become available.

We will only stock reputable quality brands as we believe it is far better to fit a quality part first time, than to replace an inferior part after a short service life.
